Pasta and wine are a good combination, evident,though the food is still pretty much alien to Asian taste buds. For a tongue used to buttermilk and lime pickle this may be the unusual combo..yet its time we begin combining the opposites for chrystallising the new.. be it in fashion, food or thoughts its time we adjust to changes than raising a cynical eye. . Like how I prefer to have wine with pasta at inopportune times under the scorching Indian sun.. try to be different and unique..
